I’m not sure what is available off the top of my head— I think there’s a studio apartment open above the bookstore, and there’s another building that isn’t pictured that I think is really the best value. It’s a Hershey’s shop, and there’s a 1 BR plus Den above. Let me know what you are interested in seeing. Oh, also, you’re probably wondering about square footage… I would say each apartment is between 12 and 25 square inches. Perfect, right? Right.

I heard they’re converting one of the warehouses into trendy lofts, too — but it’s hard to know what the results of that project will be considering the weak housing market.
